IF YOU WANT TO PROLONG YOUR LIFE AND KEEP A YOUTH
- You have to be more often on fresh air. Walks will help to strengthen
your body and your nervous system.
- Go to sleep early and early rise, it is desirable at the same time.
- You should sleep no less than 6 and no more 7,5 hours. Your sleep should
be quiet and deep. Nothing should break your sleeping.
- Do not drink too frequently tea and coffee. Do not smoke and do not abuse
alcoholic drinks. The full interdiction is unnecessary.
- Eat meat not more often than once in a day, and eat more fruit and
vegetables of any kind.
- Do not put on things from artificial materials (synthetics). Put on only
clothes from natural fabrics, linen is the best fabric.
- Have a high-grade rest once a week, not tiring yourself even by writing
the letter and reading at this time.
- Avoid strong excitements and intense brainwork.
- Much depends on what kind of wife or husband you have, therefore be very
cautious and judicious at a choice of the spouse.
TELL "NO" TO MELANCHOLY!
The situation of sudden vital crash is capable to unsettle any person and
even to deprive with will to live. At once there will be a set of
justifications such as "I have no forces", "I cannot any more" and "leave
me alone! ". Such slackness can lead far. Nervous failure at unwillingness
to resist and start to act develops into serious mental frustration rather

starts to find at itself heavy and even incurable illnesses. And though
there is no any illness, there can be its imaginary symptoms. There are
appears phantom pains, weakness, appearance worsens. So, in any vital

justified passivity in sufferings, tears and pity to itself.

influence by cold on a body of the man on a regular basis with the purpose
of training body's thermoregulation and metabolism activation. Cold water
not only gives a push to your blood circulation, but also "transports"
faster a hormone cortisol in blood. It makes protective forces of an
organism more active and strengthens immune system.
The body hardening should enter your life on the basis of gradualness and
systems. The major condition: positive psychological intention, conviction
in necessity of hardening. There is no person who would not like to be
healthy. But it demands efforts. The more health is broken, the more
efforts one have to apply. It is the easiest way to subcontract care of the
health to medicine, forgetting, that there are life-giving sources exist,
which reasonable usage can make even best medicaments excessive at the
extreme old age.

One of the reasons of winter depression is lack of a sunlight. Therefore in
the daytime you should try to leave more often out to be recharged from the
sun. However, and artificial illumination can cheer up too, only lamps
should be very bright.
