Russian residence

My residence has living room, as well as a dining room and bath room, large balcony, which looks like the outdoor terrace, where I sit sometimes. My home looks and feel like a traditional Russian single-family home, which have a great downtown location. I also included a built-in home office area that is an ideal space for writing letters and organizing a busy agenda of my activities. The use of doors throughout the apartament transforms the open plan into a number of smaller, intimate spaces. It also allows to separate formal and informal spaces during parties.

Apartament is not large and I can't have a lot of people here. Though, I love to invite friends. The home is impeccably designed for entertaining. For formal events, guests can flow from the foyer into the living room and the private sitting area. For more casual gatherings, the kitchen and great room are designed to suit not large groups with ease. Another impressive feature is my large outdoor balcony, which has a sitting places. It can be closed off to create an ideal private office with stunning view. This space were specially designed for a sunset. My balcony is under roof, whch provides privacy and effectively blocks the wind, so the space is truly usable throughout most of the year. For gourmet cooks, the kitchen is fitted with everything to prepare and serve meals, has all kitchen appliances like the refrigerator and dishwasher.
